LEDSP073
- Not possible to delete zero-items in the LE component ?The SAP error message LEDSP073, which states "Not possible to delete zero-items in the LE component," typically occurs in the context of Logistics Execution (LE) when attempting to delete a delivery or a document that contains items with a quantity of zero. This error is often encountered during processes such as delivery processing, where the system does not allow the deletion of items that do not have any quantity associated with them.
Cause:
The primary cause of this error is that the system is trying to delete items from a delivery or document that have a quantity of zero. In SAP, items with zero quantities are generally not considered valid for deletion, as they do not represent any physical goods or inventory.
Solution:
To resolve this error, you can take the following steps:
Check Item Quantities: Review the items in the delivery or document to ensure that they have valid quantities. If there are items with a quantity of zero, you may need to either remove them from the document or adjust their quantities to a non-zero value.
Adjust Delivery Items: If you need to delete a delivery, ensure that all items have a quantity greater than zero. If there are items with zero quantities, you can either:
- Change the quantity of those items to a valid number.
- Remove the items from the delivery if they are not needed.
Use Transaction Codes: You can use transaction codes like
VL02N
(Change Outbound Delivery) to modify the delivery and adjust item quantities or remove items as necessary.Check for Related Documents: Ensure that there are no related documents (like billing documents) that might be preventing the deletion of the delivery. If there are related documents, you may need to address those first.
Consult Documentation: If you are unsure about the process or need further assistance, refer to SAP documentation or consult with your SAP support team for guidance specific to your system configuration.
