    Causes:

    5. Configuration Issues: There may be issues with the configuration of the LDAP synchronization settings in SAP.

    Solutions:

    2. Verify User Attributes: Make sure that all required attributes for the user are present and correctly configured in both the SAP system and the LDAP directory.
    3. Review Synchronization Filters: Check the synchronization filters set in the configuration to ensure that the user meets the criteria for synchronization.
    4. Correct User Data: If there are any invalid or incomplete data entries for the user, correct them in the SAP system or the LDAP directory as necessary.
    5. Configuration Review: Review the LDAP synchronization configuration in SAP (transaction LDAPSYNC) to ensure that it is set up correctly and that there are no misconfigurations.

    Related Information:

    • Transaction Codes: You may use transaction codes like SU01 (User Maintenance), LDAPSYNC (LDAP Synchronization), and SUIM (User Information System) to investigate user details and synchronization settings.
