    On accessing a dialog box, an internal error has occurred. The
    transaction cannot therefore be continued.

    How to fix this error?

    Restart the transaction. If the error is repeated, contact SAP with a
    problem message.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
