    An error has occurred on the OLE interface between the SAP system and
    Microsoft Word. Possible causes are:
    You are already using the interface on your PC, for example on another
    session or another system.
    You have closed a session while the SAP system was using the interface.
    You use Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 as your front end and have not
    installed service pack 3.
    You are using a version of the graphical user interface that is not
    suitable for the release installed.
    You have not installed Microsoft Word 97 in your front end.
    An internal error has occurred.

    How to fix this error?

    Check whether the causes listed apply and if necessary change them. If
    the error should reappear after restarting the transaction, contact SAP
    with a problem message.
