This error indicates that there are still planned rates associated with a specific line hierarchy that you are trying to delete or modify.

      • Use transaction codes like KP06 (for cost center planning) or KP26 (for activity type planning) to check if there are any planned rates associated with the line hierarchy in question.
      • Review the planning data to identify where the planned rates are set.
    2. Delete or Adjust Planned Rates:

      • If you find planned rates that are no longer needed, you can delete them using the appropriate planning transaction (e.g., KP06, KP26).
      • If the planned rates are still required, consider adjusting them instead of deleting the hierarchy.
    3. Use the Correct Transaction:

      • Ensure you are using the correct transaction for managing line hierarchies and planned rates. For example, if you are working with cost centers, use the relevant cost center planning transactions.
    4. Check for Dependencies:

      • Investigate if there are any dependencies or links to other planning objects that might be causing the issue. Ensure that all related objects are appropriately managed.
