What causes this issue?

Batch determination was called with characteristic value assignments
from the configuration. So that these characteristics can be used for
batch selection, a selection class from the strategy record must be
specified that has at least one characteristic from the configuration.
The following errors could occur
No strategy record was found
The strategy record does not contain a selection class
There are no corresponding characteristics between configuration and
strategy record selection
