Message text: Block storage with batch mixed storage in WM: Warehouse number & plant &
Processing problems can occur in the
<DS:GLOS.warehouse_management_system>Warehouse Management system</>
MM-WM. The system has determined that in one of the assigned
<DS:GLOS.warehouse_number>warehouse numbers</> you have
<DS:GLOS.block_storage>block storage management</> with
<DS:GLOS.storage_unit>storage units</> and <DS:GLOS.mixed_storage>batch
mixed storage</> defined.
If batch status management is active, it can happen that -- due to the
posting change in a <DS:GLOS.batch>batch</> from status "available" to
"not available" in a block storage row -- different batches with
different statuses are stored.
When a storage unit is removed from this <DS:GLOS.storage_type>storage
type</>, the batch and thus also the status of the batch is determined
only when the transfer order is confirmed. This can cause problems.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
In the case described above, it must be ensured that batches with
status "not available" are <DS:GLOS.pick>removed from storage</>.
