What causes this issue?

change to a storage bin in the decentralized WM system, such as a
cancellation posting that was initiated in the Inventory Management
system. The storage bin is currently being processed by another user.

System Response

The system did not process the communication document and marked it "in
error".

How to fix this error?

Attempt to repost the communication record manually. If the same error
occurs again, find the reason why the storage bin is blocked and repost
the communication record a second time.
