same time, the objects are blocked so that only one user has exclusive
access. This means, for example, that only one user can process a
<GL:delivery>delivery</> at one time. For all other users, this
delivery is blocked.
This blocking function is not yet ready for use. Therefore, it is not
possible to change data in the system.
