    The field <LS>Number of open TO items</> in the storage unit does not
    correspond exactly to the actual TO items found. There could be several
    reasons for this.
    Another user has just completed a confirmation process.
    The transfer order is intended for the two-step confirmation and the
    first confirmation step (withdrawal) is already completed.
    The system tries to confirm the withdrawal again.
    The system tries to confirm withdrawal and transfer in one step.
    There is a data inconsistency in field LEIN-AOFTA (number of open TO
    items.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
