  • What causes this issue?

The name you want to use for
a directory or document in the hierarchy contains
    one or more unpermitted characters.
Characters permitted for names of directories and documents in this
    hierarchy are:
    a-z, A-Z, 0-9
    and special characters #%+,@^.-_&
    as well as spaces.
Hyphens (-) are not allowed to be the first character of the name.
The permitted characters are therefore limited to the syntactical
character set, and a few characters with special meanings in the Windows
    and UNIX environments are excluded.
The reasons for restricting the use of these characters are to allow:
Unrestricted use of names for directories and files on Windows and UNIX
    platforms.
Upper/lower case conversion for checking the uniqueness of the name
within a namespace across all the code pages.
Unique sorting, independent of the platform.

    System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

Use only permitted characters for the names of the directories and
    documents.
When you import a file you can choose a document name independently of
the name of the imported file.
