What causes this issue?

The <DS:GLOS.target_costs>target costs</> in the selected
<DS:GLOS.target_cost_version>target cost version</> are calculated on
the basis of <DS:GLOS.planned_costs>planned costs</>. Planned costs are
calculated for the <DS:GLOS.product_cost_collector>product cost
collector</> by means of a <DS:GLOS.preliminary_costing>preliminary
cost estimate</> for the product cost collector.
However, no preliminary cost estimate for the product cost collector
exists.

System Response

No target costs are calculated.

How to fix this error?

Create a preliminary cost estimate for the product cost collector, or
choose a different target cost version - such as a version in which the
target costs are calculated on the basis of the
<DS:GLOS.standard_cost_estimate>standard cost estimate</> for the
<DS:GLOS.material>material</>.
