What causes this issue?

You want to use a company code currency different than the controlling
area currency. You must activate the "All currencies" indicator in the
control data of the controlling area.

System Response

When you activate the "All currencies" indicator, the SAP System
determined that transaction data already exists in the controlling
area.

How to fix this error?

You may need to convert the data to provide field groups for the other
currencies. Contact your SAP consultant.
&NOTE&
If you activate the "Different company code currency" indicator, the
SAP System automatically activates the <ZH>Update all currencies</>
indicator.
