    You can only create or delete default values for orders of category 05
    (product cost collector).
    In addition to the parameters for Cost Object Controlling, you must
    specify parameters for the combination of order type and plant for
    these orders (such as routing selection and BOM application).
    Therefore, you must perform the step <LS>Maintain Order Type-Dependent
    Parameters</> in the Implementation Guide for Production Planning (PP)
    or Production Planning for Process Industries (PP-PI).
