Depending on the status of the profit center, activation can have the
following consequences:
Status "Inactive: Create": activation creates the profit center in
active status and allow it to receive postings
Status "Inactive: Change": activation makes the changes active
Status "Inactive: Delete": activation deletes the profit center from
the productive system

Accounting (Tools -> Change Message Control).
