  • What causes this issue?

    You do not have authorization either
    RESET N1
    to display all combinations of ledger, record type and version for
    the line items
    or
    to display all combinations of company code, profit center and cost
    element.

    System Response

    &V1& line items were not displayed for this combination.

    How to fix this error?

    First check whether you entered the right combination of
    ledger, record type and version or
    company code, profit center and cost element.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    If you need to display line items for other combinations, contact the
    person responsible for granting system authorization.
    The line item display is protected by the authorization object
    <ZH>Data base authorization</> (G_GLTP), Activity 03 and by the object
    <ZH>EC-PCA: Summary and line item reports</> (K_PCAR_REP),
    Activity 28.
