    The meter reading dates for meter reading documents &V1& and &V2&
    generate a time interval according to the conventions for the valid
    <DS:DE.BP>billing period</>.
    The start date of the interval should be &V3&. If this is not the case,
    then the corresponding meter reading from the previous time slice has
    been used to determine the end date of the previous time slice. This end
    date + 1 day is &V4&.
    However, this is inconsistent, as &V4& is later than &V3&.
