    Report RKACHCKI activates a function module that records data on
    postings you made in accounting. For this purpose, the report provides
    the function module with control record RKACHCKV that contains
    specifications on the user and the time of activation. A severe error
    occurred when this control record was read on the cluster database
    table INDX(QM).

    Report RKACHCKI was terminated, the function module has not been
    activated.
