    How to fix this error?

Using the list below, find out why your request was refused and contact
your system administrator about a new authorization.
The return code is used in several situations where errors occur and
    mean the following:
    4
No authorization for an action in the SAP System. The user master may
    need to be changed.
    8
The number of parameters (fields, values) is too great (max. 10).
    12
No authorization (characteristic) in user master for object.
    16
    No profile in user master.
    24
The field names in the check do not correspond to the field names in
any authorization. Either the authorization (characteristic) is
    incorrect or the authority-check access.
    28
Incorrect structure of authorization in user master.
    32
Incorrect structure of authorization in user master.
    36
Incorrect structure of authorization in user master.
Return codes 8 and possibly 24 should be reported to the person
    responsible for the program.
Return codes 4, 12, 16 or 24 should be reported to your system
administrator if you think you should have the relevant authorization.
You should report return codes 28 to 36 to SAP as incorrect structures
    may exist.
The individual authorizations are assigned to the user via profiles,
i.e. authorizations are collected in profiles. The profiles are then
listed in the user master record.

The SAP error message KH737 typically indicates a technical error related to authorization checks for a specific object. This error can occur in various contexts, such as during the execution of transactions or reports that require specific authorizations.

    Cause:
