  • What causes this issue?

An interval has been created for the characteristic "&V3&" in the form
"&V2&" which is used by the report "&V1&". This interval consists of an
optional variable and a non-existent characteristic value. No value was
entered for the optional variable when the report was executed. This
means that the report is attempting to select the non-existent
characteristic value "&V4&" for the characteristic "&V3&". This results
    in the process being terminated.

    System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

The report can be executed if you enter a valid interval. There are two
    ways of doing this:
Execute the report again and specify a value for the optional variable
    for the characteristic "&V3&", or
Change the form by replacing the non-existent characteristic value "
&V4&" for "&V3&" with an existing one.
