  • What causes this issue?

    On the drill-down list, you can drill down to the next characteristic
    by double-clicking on a characteristic value (i.e. a row). For example,
    in a list broken down by country, you can double-click on "USA" to
    display the values for USA broken down by "Region" or another
    characteristic.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    The detail list only displays the values for one profitability segment
    (i.e. a single country). Consequently, you cannot drill down by
    double-clicking on this list.
    To drill down to the next characteristic, use the menu or click once
    on one of the characteristics which have not yet been specified with
    one characteristic value.
