  • What causes this issue?

The characteristic &V1& does not appear on the screen and does not
contain an asterisk (*). This is probably due to one of the following
    reasons:
    RESET N1
You called up a variant on the initial screen and then changed the
version. The version determines the characteristic group, which
controls which fields appear on the characteristics screen. The field
&V1& does not appear in the characteristic group in this version, but
it does appear in the group in the original version.
The characteristic group has been changed since the variant was last
    saved.

    How to fix this error?

    RESET N1
Do not change the version on the initial screen. Only change versions
that use the same characteristic group. If necessary, create a new
    variant for the other version.
Delete the variant or add the relevant characteristic to the
    characteristic group again.
