What causes this issue?

You can display the error log in two levels of detail:
The first level only contains the error messages, whereas the second
level also tells you the relevant profitability segments.
You cannot execute the function "More" when
the log is already displayed on the second level or
no error messages occurred.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
