What causes this issue?

According to the characteristics specified, existing plan data for
characteristic <ZH>&V1&</> was read from the database.
However, not all the profitability segments selected can be processed in
the current transaction, because another user is changing them. These
profitability segments are therefore displayed for information only.
You can display an overview of the locked segments and the user
currently processing them in the lock log, which is found under
'Details' -> 'Lock log'.

How to fix this error?

To process the locked profitability segments you need to start the
transaction again, so that the system can select changed data as well.
