    controlling area &V1&, you should create new cost centers only within
    the enterprise organization. This ensures that the cost center is
    assigned to the enterprise organization.

    Although the system creates the new cost center, it does <ZH>not</>
    assign it to the enterprise organization.

    How to fix this error?

    If you create the cost center <ZH>directly</> when maintaining master
    data, you then need to assign it to the enterprise organization.
    To assign the cost center to the enterprise organization,
    Start the enterprise organization
    Display the new cost center by choosing <LS>Search for</> in the
    <ZH>selection area</>
    Assign the cost center to the enterprise organization using
    <LS>drag-and-drop</>

    In the <ZH>selection area</>, the additional columns <LS>Assignment to
    enterprise organization</> or <LS>Link period</> enable you to tell
    whether and for which period the object is already contained in the
    enterprise organization.
