  • What causes this issue?

It is not possible to call up a complete where-used list for a CO-PA
field because a prerequisite is not fulfilled:
In client "&V1&", the where-used list for reports has not been
    initialized.

    System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

Log on in client "&V1&" and
Generate <ZH>either</> the client-dependent environment of the relevant
    operating concern, <ZH>or</>
Start the function module RKE_WUL_INIT_IN_CLIENT manually with
transaction SE37. With this function module, you only need to specify
the appropriate operating concern for which the where-used list is to
    be completed.
In both cases, a job (named CREATE_WHERE_USED_LIST) is started in the
background. It initializes the where-used list for the reports.
However, the where-used list for the reports can only be initialized if
the environment of the operating concern is generated and the operating
    concern is active.
