    Totals-record flag 'I' indicates that NO totals record will be written
    for a particular level of the hierarchy. When the report is created
    (TK71), the actual data (record type F) on this level is calculated by
    totalling the data on all lower levels of the hierarchy. The last level
    must always contain an 'S', otherwise the system would have to read the
    line-item records.
