What causes this issue?

You are working in a plan version, in which integrated planning for for
orders with Cost Center Accounting is active. For the credit objects of
the cost center accrual calculation you are using a combination of
plan-integrated orders and cost centers and non-plan-integrated orders.
However, during cost center accrual calculation you can only use as
accrual objects either only plan-integrated accrual cost orders or
credit cost centers and non-plan-integrated orders.
