What causes this issue?

Your "From" and "To" lines contain an invalid interval.
These fields can refer only to preceding lines of the costing sheet,
meaning that the values must be smaller than the current line number.
The "From" line must be smaller than the "To" line.
If you enter a "To" line, you also have to enter a "From" line.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
