  • What causes this issue?

    You are deleting a file from an old Release. This is not standard
    practise. Archiving runs should be deleted immediately after archiving.
    You cannot use this program for deletion.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    Check the definition of the archiving object in Transaction <EX>AOBJ
    </>.
    If CDIFIE and CFCOM are still in the structure definition EIS_CFXXX
    proceed as follows:
    Copy the report RKC_DELETE_40B_CFxxx to another report, whereby "xxx"
    is to be replaced by the aspect number. Edit the copied report. "xxx"
    is to be replaced by the aspect number (in the entire coding).
    Execute the report. If it terminates, inform SAP.
