What causes this issue?

For the specified flow type, the system was unable to assign the cash
flow indicator required to value a flow to the flow. This is probably
because database table VTVBWCF is not fully maintained.
Perhaps a new flow type for which there is no allocation yet was
created.

System Response

The flow is not included in the valuation.

How to fix this error?

Maintain the entry.
In the Risk Management Customizing under Basic Settings, you will find
a function for automatically assigning the flow type to the cash flow
indicator.
