JOBREPO123
- User &1 has no SAP_ALL profile assigned (see longtext). ?The SAP error message JOBREPO123 indicates that a user does not have the necessary authorization profile, specifically the SAP_ALL profile, which is required to perform certain actions, typically related to job management or background processing.
Cause:
The error occurs when a user attempts to execute a transaction or job that requires elevated permissions, but their user profile does not include the SAP_ALL authorization. This profile grants all authorizations in the SAP system, which is often necessary for administrative tasks or specific job-related functions.
Solution:
To resolve this issue, you can take the following steps:
Check User Authorizations:
- Verify the user's current authorization profiles by using transaction SU01 (User Maintenance).

Assign SAP_ALL Profile:
- If the user requires the SAP_ALL profile for their role, you can assign it through transaction SU01:
- Go to the Profiles tab.
- Add SAP_ALL to the list of profiles.
- Note: Assigning SAP_ALL should be done with caution, as it grants extensive permissions that can lead to security risks.
Create a Custom Profile:
- If granting SAP_ALL is not appropriate due to security policies, consider creating a custom authorization profile that includes only the necessary authorizations for the user's tasks.
- Use transaction PFCG (Profile Generator) to create and manage custom roles and profiles.
Consult with Security Team:
- If you are unsure about the implications of assigning SAP_ALL or creating custom profiles, consult with your SAP security team or administrator to ensure compliance with your organization’s security policies.
