  • What causes this issue?

    This default stepuser has no SAP_ALL profile assigned.

    System Response

    Note, that the default stepuser which needs to be assigned in this
    transaction will be used as stepuser for ALL jobs scheduled by the
    Technical Job Repository. This means, that the user needs authorization
    to execute the reports of all job definitions in this client.
    If you choose or create a user with SAP_ALL profile, you can be sure
    that all jobs will be executed correctly.
    If you choose or create a user without SAP_ALL, you need to ensure that
    it has the necessary authorizations for all of the reports executed by
    the jobs of the Technical Job Repository. Otherwise, some of the jobs
    will be cancelled due to missing authorizations.
