What causes this issue?

At least one of the components groups to be delievered has already been
delivered (indicator: delivery created).

System Response

Components groups that have already been delivered are no longer
accepted in a delivery. Note here the indicator <LS>Components group
delivered </> on the components group level.

How to fix this error?

Check the components groups you have selected for delivery &V1&.
The internal processing status allows the components group to be
delivered, however the components group has already been accepted in a
delivery. This system condition is usually caused by inconsistent
Customizing (action control) or by a (interlinked actions).
If you still have to deliver the components group, use the
<DS:TRAN.JITE>JIT status correction</> (but only as an exception!) and
delete the indicator <LS>Components group delivered</>.
