What causes this issue?

The system could not store or remove one or more components groups (JIT
customer: &V1&, external call number: &V2&, components group type: &V3&
).
The following prerequisites must be fulfilled:
The components groups transmitted must belong to an internal call (call
type 'I').
A valid control profile for internal calls must be assigned to the
components group type. This control profile must contain entries for
the buffer storage location and the corresponding plant. This storage
location must be used as target storage location (when storing) or
source storage location for removing from storage.
A production plant and a components group material must be assigned to
the components group type. This components group material must contain
at least one production version (it is possible to enter theis when
maintaining the components group type). The receiving storage location
in the production version is used as source storage location (when
storing) or target storage location when removing from storage.
When storing, the components groups transferred should belong to an
internal call (call type 'I').
