The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

For 1. select a date for which you would like to enter interest rates.
For 2. maintain the currencies for yield curves in the Implementation
Guide under <ls>Set Up Yield Curve Type</>.
