What causes this issue?

When the system generates a transfer program for characteristic
derivation, it does so on the basis of a template program. If the
template program is changed, the transfer program must be regenerated
in order to keep it up-to-date.
The transfer program that belongs to the specified analysis structure
was not regenerated after the latest change to the template program.
The template may have been changed by a maintenance level, by a support
package or by an inserted note.

System Response

The analysis structure should not be used. This error is not recognized
at the point when the system uses the transfer program.
