    You wanted to create or change a securities order. This results in a
    change of the stock value of the appropirate stock. The change must be
    noted in the stock, so that later the stock can automatically be
    restructured.
    When trying to block the stock an error occured.
    There can be two reasons for this:
    The stock is already blocked because another user is processing the
    stock itself or a stock order.
    There is an error in block management.

    System Response

    The securities order cannot be created or changed.

    How to fix this error?

    Wait until the stock concerned has been unblocked.
