  • What causes this issue?

    You are trying to change, install, or dismantle a piece of equipment or
    a functional location. This would result in one or more functional
    location hierarchies without a unique top-level UII. Alternatively, one
    of the functional location hierarchies involved does not have a unique
    top-level UII, independent of your current actions.
    A functional location hierarchy is consistent from an IUID point of view
    if it has a unique top-level UII. Only UIIs with the "Sent" or
    "Confirmed" status are taken into account when checking the uniqueness
    of a top-level UII.

    The system issues warning or error messages according to the consistency
    check message type defined in Customizing for <LS>Logistics - General
    </>under <LS>Item Unique Identification (IUID) -> Define UID Handling
    </>.
