  • What causes this issue?

    The system checks whether generated lot keys already exist. The key is
    structured as follows:
    Digits 1...3: Key prefix
    Digits 4...5: Last two numbers of the current fiscal year
    Digit 6: 'P' For the distribution lot
    From digit 7: Consecutive number

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    During the permissibility check the consecutive number increases until a
    free key is available. This was not the case.

    System Response

    Distribution is terminated.
