  • What causes this issue?

    Read access to the IST_TDATA table failed.
    There are three possible reasons for this error:
    IS-T data in the DFKKOP-ADD_REFOBJ and/or DFKKOP-ADD_REFOBJID or
    DFKKOP-ADD_SERVICE fields has been entered incorrectly.
    Original entries in the leading IST_TDATA table are incorrect.
    Customizing entries in the IST_C_TDATA table are errored.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    Check the IS-T data in the invoice document, the entry in the IST_TDATA
    table and/or Customizing entries in the IST_C_TDATA table. (<ZK>SAP
