What causes this issue?

The SR flow type part (FTP) for the flow is not assigned to an SR flow
type or the assignment segment is not assigned to the selected statutory
reporting variant.

System Response

The system cannot copy the flow.

Check the following Customizing settings:
Assignment of FTP and flow type in the Customizing activity
<DS:SIMG.ISSR_MAIN_04C>Define SR Flow Types</> under Define Segment ->
Assignment of FT to FTP for Segment.
Assignment of <DS:DE.ISSR_SEGMENT>Segment</> and statutory reporting
variant.
