Have you assigned FTP and flow type to each other? You do this in IMG
activity <DS:SIMG.ISSR_MAIN_04C>Define SR Flow Types</> by choosing <ZK>
Define Segment -> Assignment of FT to FTP for Segment</>.
You must have assigned <DS:DE.ISSR_SEGMENT>Segment</> and
<DS:DE.ISSR_REP_COUNTRY>Statutory Reporting Variant</> to each other.
