    different characteristic.

    System Response

    The system will <ZH>not</> allow the change for one or more of the
    following reasons:
    The new characteristic has a unit of measurement with a
    <DS:GLOS.dimension>dimension</> that is different to that of the unit of
    measurement of the old <GL:characteristic>characteristic</>.
    The unit of measurement is different and has no dimension.
    <GL:measurement_document>Measurement documents</> have already been
    created for the current measuring point.
    Measurement readings can be transferred to or from the current
    measuring point.
