This problem can be caused by the following errors:
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
- System error:After the iPPE change transfer, no data is sent to APO. If you check the
outbound queue in the ERP system (transaction SMQ1), you see there the
hanging queue CF_CHANGE_IPPE with the status 'STOP'.
Check the outbound queue in transaction SMQ1 and delete the queue that
has the status 'STOP'. You then have to process the queues that are
relevant for iPPE manually.
You have to delete the queue that has the status 'STOP' because
otherwise, the subsequent queues cannot be processed.
If this problem occurs frequently, check your system settings to avoid
missing system capacity in the future.
In the case of a communication error, have an IT network specialist
check the following points:
- whether an other program led to high network utilization during the
iPPE change transfer
- the RFC user that is used for the C
