How to fix this error?

If you wish to add the copy function to the reference maintenance plan,
you can do this in <LS>Change Maintenance Plan</>. An option called
<LS>Allow as Copy Template</> is available under <LS>Additional
Functions</>. If you click this, your reference maintenance plan becomes
a copy template. You can change this setting by selecting the <LS>Do Not
Allow as Copy Template</> option.
