Message text: InvDiffPosting not possible due to problems with serial numbers
The system has tried to perform adjustment posting of
<DS:GLOS.3526BEFDAFAB52B9E10000009B38F974>inventory differences</>.
When doing this, it determined that
<DS:GLOS.3526C31EAFAB52B9E10000009B38F974>serial numbers</> had to be
reposted subject to inventory management. This was not possible in
individual cases, due to the status logic or the stock check logic.
This could be because the relevant serial numbers are simply
temporarily locked.
The system cannot post the inventory difference of the respective
physical inventory document item.
Clarify the inventory differences for the affected serial numbers.
In some cases, you will have to transfer or repost individual serial
numbers. If this is the case you should, however, first trigger a
recount for the affected physical inventory document items.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
