  • What causes this issue?

    The date &V2&, for which you want to post a goods movement for the
    serial number &V1&, is before &V3&. This is the date for which you last
    posted a goods movement for the serial number.

    System Response

    As <LS>Stock Check with Error Message</> is set in the serial number
    profile, this data constellation is not allowed. The system does not
    post this data.

    How to fix this error?

    If you still want to post this data, proceed as follows:

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    Cancel all the postings that are after the posting date &V2&.
    Start with the most recent posting date &V3&.
    If for each cancellation, you want to use the posting date of the
    document to be cancelled, proceed as follows:
    After each cancelled posting in the master record of the serial number
    (<DS:TRAN.IQ02>IQ02</>), change the date of the last movement to the
    posting date of the document to be cancelled.
