  • What causes this issue?

    You can change a resource (archive file) as long as it is in the
    transfer area. Once the file has been written to the database it is
    protected from further changes.

    You have tried to change a resource even though it has already been
    written to the database.

    How to fix this error?

    This could be an error in the legacy system that sent the files to the
    store. For example, if a file is sent as second time because it caused
    the system to crash the first time.
    If the situation cannot be clearly identified, contact SAP Support
    prepare access to the sending system and to the ILM DB Store system.
