Message text: The assigned functional location &2 is not flagged for deletion
You want to flag the <DS:GLOS.reference_functional_location>reference
location</> &V1& for deleteion, or this operation has already been
performed.
However, there are still one or more
<DS:GLOS.functional_location>functional locations</> assigned to the
reference location that are not currently flagged for deletion.
Functional location &V2& was found first.
If you wish to flag a reference location for deletion, all assigned
functional locations should also be flagged for deletion or the
assignment should have been canceled earlier.
Before objects with deletion flags are actually deleted, a check is
again carried out for dependent objects.
Check the <DS:GLOS.system_status>system status</> of the assigned
functional locations
