    <DS:GLOS.functional_location>functional location</> should be
    flagged for deletion.

    How to fix this error?

    Check the combination:
    If you just want to avoid further functional locations being
    reassigned to the reference functional location, you should not flag
    it for deletion, but simply deactivate it.
    If you really want to delete reference functional location &V1&, you
    must first dismantle all available assignments to functional locations
    or assign the affected functional locations to another reference
    functonal location.
